The MOLICEL® INR-18650-P30B is a high-performance lithium-ion rechargeable battery designed for demanding applications. It offers a typical capacity of 3000 mAh (10.8 Wh) and a minimum capacity of 2900 mAh (10.4 Wh), ensuring reliable energy storage. The battery operates at a nominal voltage of 3.6V, with a maximum charge voltage of 4.2V and a minimum discharge voltage of 2.5V. It supports a standard charge current of 3A, while the maximum charge current is 9A, with a temperature cut-off at 60°C. For discharge, the battery can continuously provide 30A of current, with an 80°C cut-off for safety.

The charge time under standard conditions is 1.5 hours, making it a fast-charging option. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C during charging and -40°C to 60°C during discharge. The energy density is rated at 631 Wh/l volumetric and 234 Wh/kg gravimetric, making it a highly efficient power source. The battery has low impedance, with 8 mΩ at 30% state-of-charge (AC measurement) and 17 mΩ at 50% state-of-charge (DC measurement).

Physically, the INR-18650-P30B is a cylindrical cell encased in steel, ensuring durability. It has a maximum diameter of 18.6 mm, a maximum height of 65.2 mm, and weighs up to 47g.
